Instructions to the applicant
Registration in the Personal Account and remote application submission
The process of work of the applicant in the Personal Account consists of several stages:

Registration of the applicant in the Personal Account.

Filling in the questionnaire with personal data.

Entering information about previous education.
-
Entering information on privileges, referral for target training, grounds for admission without entrance examinations.

Drawing up a list of training areas to which the application is submitted.

Approval of the list of entrance examinations, entering information on the form of entrance examinations.
-
Entering data on individual achievements.
-
Adding scan copies.
-
Adding and withdrawing consent to enrollment.
To apply for admission, you need to go to the website where the applicant's Personal Account is located. In the Personal Account of the applicant, click on the link «Want to apply? Register», if the applicant has not previously submitted an application in person at the admission campaign.
After clicking on the above link, the registration page opens, where you need to enter your personal data (fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory):

applicant's e-mail;

password (these e-mail and password will be used to log in to your personal account in the future);

full name of the applicant;
-
applicant's date of birth;

type of identity document (passport of the Russian Federation, passport of a foreign citizen, etc.) - the value is selected fr om the drop-down list;

data of the identity document (series, number, by whom issued, etc.). The field «By whom issued» is filled in from the drop-down list; for faster search you can enter part of the name of the organization. If the required value is not found, you should check the «Did not find organization» checkbox - in this case you will need to enter the name of the organization in the «By whom issued» field from the keyboard, as well as fill in the appeared fields «Department code» and «City/Settlement». If the required settlement is not found in the drop-down list in the «City/ Settlement» field, you can check the «Did not find address in the address classifier» checkbox and enter the name of the settlement manually;

scan copy of the consent to personal data processing.
Before clicking on the «Register» button, you should familiarize yourself with the regulatory documents linked to the registration page (as a rule, they include the consent to the processing of personal data). To work with the consent to the processing of personal data, you should click on the link «Consent to the processing of personal data» and after reading the text, if you agree, put a check mark in the field «I have read and accept the «Consent to the processing of personal data».
Note. In order for the «Did not find organization» option to be displayed in the applicant's Personal Account during registration and for the applicant to be able to add a new organization, it is necessary to enable the «Allow moderator to make changes to data submitted by applicants» option for all admission campaigns (this is due to the fact that it is the moderator who confirms the information about the counterparty entered by the applicant, and thus formally makes changes to the data submitted by the applicant).
After entering the applicant's personal data, it is necessary to click the «Register» button. As a result, the applicant will get to his/her Personal Account, wh ere he/she can apply for admission electronically and enter information about individual achievements.
To complete registration, you may need to confirm your e-mail (the setting is set in the administrator interface, in the «Authorization» section). The confirmation code is sent to the e-mail specified during registration.
If an applicant has logged out of his/her Personal Account, he/she can log in again by entering his/her e-mail address and password in the corresponding fields. If the user logs into the Personal Account during the period when the admission campaign is not running (according to the settings, there are no active admission campaigns), he/she will not be able to submit an application - only filling in personal data in the Questionnaire will be available.
